Skinless Chorizo Recipe:
Tools and Utensils:
Meat Grinder
Stainless mixing bowl and laddle
Packaging materials/cellophane at desired size
Ingredients:
1 kilo Lean Ground Pork
1 teaspoon praque powder
2 tablespoon garlic chopped
1 teaspoon MSG
1 teaspoon black pepper
5 teaspoon soy sauce
4 teaspoon catsup UFC
1 teaspoon Iodized Salt
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 teaspoon accord Power
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients except meat. Stir until the sugar dissolved. Add the ground meat to the first mixture little by little until the entire seasoning blend with the meat. Freeze for 1 hour or 2 hours. Wrapped into desired size with plastic cellophane. Freeze again. Remove only from the freezer when used.
Note: cook or bowl in a little amount of water until its own liquid evaporated. Fry until done.
