Ready for a Flu Season?
Yesterday I looked-up about the different types of the flu, since it's a flu season, some people have started getting sick and have confirmed with the flu. Seasonal flu and swine flu or H1N1 has similar symptoms and you can even hardly guess which type of flu do you have, the seasonal flu is commonly not associated with diarrhea and vomiting however it is very common to children to have diarrhea and vomiting when they have a seasonal flu and it's very rare to the adults. The swine flu is usually associated with that symptoms (vomiting and diarrhea) especially on adults, but you cant' still guess if you have had a swine flu or seasonal flu because it sometimes exists on seasonal flu. Though the flues have similar symptoms but they have a different virus. And remember it's also included with cold, chill, headache, fatigue, weak, muscles pain symptoms. Since the flues have a different virus the swine flu or H1N1 vaccine is different from seasonal flu. So if you have got a swine flu or H1N1 vaccine it does not mean that you are safe with the seasonal flu, so you must get the two vaccines, they are already available in the public nowadays.
