Pork Tocino Recipe

Pork Tocino Recipe:

Tools and Utensils:

Stainless mixing bowl
Meat processor or chopping board
Kitchen Knife (sharp)
Packaging materials (cellophane or styrophore)

Ingredients:

1 kl. Lean Pork Meat
3 1/2 teaspoon Iodize Salt
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon vetsin
1 teaspoon salt pepper or praque
2 teaspoon paprika powder
1 tablespoon Rum or Gin
1 teaspoon accord powder
1/4 cup pineapple juice or 7 up (for curing purposes)

Procedure:

Slice pork into thin sheets, 1/8 thickness. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Apply evenly on each sheet of pork. Pile the pieces in a bowl and cover. Keep at room temperature for 24 hours or in the refrigerator for 3 days to cure. The slice maybe dried under the sum after curing for longer shelf-life or cook in a little amount of water until its own fat is extracted fry until done.
