How are we going to maintain a good health? Exercise can make you more active in daily living; make you healthy not only physically but mentally help.

One habit you could do is walking exercise, it is excellent way to the people with low back pain, walking is one way to strengthens your muscles in the feet, legs, and hips in keeping your body in the upright position, it helps with controlling weight, strengthens bones and reduces bone density loss and improves flexibility and posture.
