Cassava Suman Recipe

Cassava Suman Recipe:

This is one of my favorite recipes in the Philippines. This recipe rocks in the region of leyte, Philippines it sells either in the sidewalks or public market.

Ingredients:

1 cup Cassava, grated
5 cup water
3 tablespoon cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk, evaporated

Procedure:

Wash malagkit and drain
Add, cocoa, water, and boil, stirring constantly
Stir and cook 2 minutes more
Yields almost 6 cup champorado
