Budbud Suman Recipe:

I have just remembered this recipe, this recipe had been prepared by my mother on Christmas and new year's eve in the Philippines, and when they mentioned it on text I was craving, I love this recipe ever, and I am looking forward to do this recipe sooner, even if I  don't have banana leaves here it's alright as long as I can make it, banana leaves are just extended option to make this recipe. So take a look of the ingredients and procedure below...

Ingredients:

1 ganta malagkit or sweet rice (soaked overnight)

8 coconuts

1 tablespoon salt

4 banana leaves

Procedure:

> Wash the malagkit or sweet rice

> Squeezed the grated coconut to get the milk

> Add salt and boil till almost cooked in caragay. Remove from fire

> Wrap about 1/2 tablespoon of the cooked malagkit in banana leaves, trying the two ends

> Cook again in deep container with enough water till left.
