Biko Recipe

Biko Recipe:
Biko Recipe is very common in any places or region in the Philippines. Filipino people usually cook this recipe either with or without occasion. But this type of recipe is always served during Birthday party and Christmas, because this is one of the easier and cheaper recipes to make, and easy, quicker to serve to the visitors and friends. I miss this recipe a lot, but as I said it's not difficult to make, as you can see the ingredients are  fewer, very cheap, easy to find, and the procedure is very simple. Try this out! Ingredients:

1 kilo malagkit
1/2 kilo white sugar
4 heads coconut
2 cups water
Anis and ginger for flavoring

Procedure:

Boil thick and thin coconut milk until oil extracted then remove the floating cream, when it comes to light brown for topping. Continue  boiling and add cooked rice of malagkit alternately with sugar. Cook until done.
