> Boil chicken
> Boil bambooshoot with in 20 min. the squeeze
> Soak bamboo at sea level with water and sugar to taste. Stand for 30 min.

Carrot Slaw Recipe:

Ingredients:

4 carrots (300 g) cut into fine strips
1 can (439 g) del monte fresh out pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve syrup)
1/4 cup raisin
1 Tablespoon minced onion
2 1/2 tablespoon del monte vinegar
1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
1/4 teaspoon wet mustard (optional)
2 tablespoon can oil

Procedure:

Soak carrots in pineapple syrup to 10 minutes, drain. Combine with del monte fresh, cut pineapple tidbits, raisin and onions. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake well. Add to carrot-pineapple mixture. Chill until ready to serve.

Pako Salad Recipe:

Ingredients:

3 bundles pako (young ferns)
2 tablespoon ginger minced
1 piece onion, chopped fine
1 cup tomatoes brunoise cube

For dressing:

1/2 cup native vinegar
1 teaspoon salt fine
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoon granulated sugar

Procedure:

> Wash pako very well. Remove the wilted and yellow leaves.Place it n a top pan of a steamer and steam it for 3 minutes or until the stems are tender and crispy. ( Do not overcook or else the stems will soften)
> Chop the pako leaves including the tender portion of the stems Do not include the woody part. Place it in a bowl and refrigerate it for a while
> Mix the ginger, tomatoes and onions with the chopped pako
> In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dressing
> Stir it until the sugar is completely dissolved
> pour the dressing over the mixed vegetables. Then toss.
> Return the salad to the refrigerator. Let it chill before serving.

Buko Fruit Salad Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups buko meats
1-2 1/2 can fruit cocktail
3/4 cups nata de coco
1-2 1/2 can pineapple tidbits, drained

Procedure:

Scrape off buko meat from the busk, using a melon shredder. Set aside. Place pineapple tidbits, fruit cocktail and nata de coco in a mixing bowl, then add the shredded buko meat. Put the fruit mixture in the refrigerator.

For Dressing:

Ingredients:

1 piece eggyolk
1 cup condensed milk
1 brick (200g) all-purpose cream, chilled

Procedure:

Combine egg yolk and condensed milk in the top pan of a double boiler. Cook it while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Place the all purpose cream in a bowl and whip at high speed until it doubles the volume. Carefully fold in condensed milk mixture to the whip cream. Blend well. Add the salad dressing to the fruit mixture, mix well. Serve chilled.

8 cups water
1 tablespoon cooing oil
1 cup (160 grams) carrot cubes
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained

1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
1 can nestle cream
1 teaspoon salt fine
1 pkg. (200 gram) elbow macaroni
250 gram ham, cut into stripe
1/2 cup fresh green peas
3 tablespoon sweet pickle relish, drained
1 teaspoon, sugar granulated
1 can nestle cream

Procedure:

> Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and cooking oil
> Add elbow macaroni to boiling water and cook uncovered stirring one in while to prevent pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pan, cook it for 9 to 10 minutes or until " al dente". Not overcook.
> Drain the cooked pasta in a colander and immediately place running tap water. Then drain well. Set aside. When cool, transfer it to a mixing salad bowl.
> Add carrot cubes, ham, pineapple tidbits, green peas, onions, pickle relish to the bowl.
> Season it with salt, pepper and sugar
> Add mayonnaise and carefully mix all ingredients together. Try not to destroy the beauty of the cooked macaroni

Italian Dressing 1/4 cup
> just before service time, dress each salad with T. dressing

DRESSING:

cane vinegar 2 Tablespoon
salt, fine 1/2 t./2 gram
white pepper, ground 1/8 teaspoon
olive oil 1/2 cup 104 gram

> add olive oil mix well. Set aside

Parsley, Fresh
> Wash and dry parsley. Cut off stems. Finely mince parsley leave. Add to boil.

Garlic, minced 1 teaspoon 5 gram
> add to other ingredients. In the bowl. Stir and combine well.
Oregano, fresh chopped fine
> chell dressing. stir again before serving

1 head Baguio lettuce, cut into pieces

1 onion, sliced into rings

4 large tomatoes, quartered

1/2 cup vinegar/ native plus 2 pieces kalamansi juice (lemon juice)

2 tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon white pepper


Procedure:

> Combine ingredients for dressing in a bottle

> shake until well mixed

> chill all vegetables and just before serving pour

over dressing and loss lightly

> serve 8

I got constipated for a couple of days again and I don't know how it happened. I am avoiding eating some cheese and other foods that make me constipate. Sometimes you need to build a routine when you can be possible to have a bowel movement. I have noticed that if you try to prolong your inspiration to dispose the waste, it's going to be gone and it can cause you to have a difficult bowel movement. It's weird!

Ingredients:

1 piece Radish medium

1/2 tablespoon salt, rock with 1 cup water for soaking

2 pieces tomatoes medium

1/4 cup vinegar native with 2 pieces calamansi (lemon) juice

1/4 teaspoon salt, fine

1/8 teaspoon ground pepper, black

1 tablespoon sugar, granulated


Procedure:

> Peel radish soak in water and salt using a vegetables peeler squeeze dry

> Rub rock salt unto radish and squeeze out juice. Place in a bowl in the refrigerators

>cut tomatoes into wedge. Place in the bowl with the radish. Place bowl in the refrigerator

> combine ingredients in a small bowl

> stir well until sugar in dissolved

>Place dressing in the bowl. Toss

> serve cold

6 piece medium broiled eggplant

1/4 cup onion chopped

1/4 cup slice ginger or chopped or long strips

1/4 cup vinegar

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

> set aside, and squeeze coco, grate with vinegar
