Palitaw Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 Cup ground malagkit (grind 3x)
1 cup of water
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup toasted linga
Procedure:
> Soak malagkit flour with T water for at least 1 hour
> Form into small balls and flaten with fingers to form tongues
> Drop in boiling water when they float, skin and drop in cold water
> Drain and roll in mixed coconut, sugar and linga mixture
> Serve cold
