Bibingkang Malagkit Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups malagkit (glutinous rice) soaked overnight
2 1/2 cup coco milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon anise cream
1/2 cup white sugar
Procedure:
> Boil coconut milk and malagkit with salt, until dry
> Lower down the heat and add brown sugar
> Place it in a banana leaf-lined baking pan
> Pour the top with coco cream and white sugar
> Bake it until golden brow crust and formed
> Temperature 350 degree Fahrenheit
