Buko Pandan Salad:
Ingredients:
1 bar gulaman green color
2 cup coconut young meat
1 1/2 cup all purpose cream
1/4 cup condense milk
1 cup nata de coco
1/2 cup white sugar
Procedure:
Dissolve gulaman flakes in cup water.Boil 1 cup water with 1/2 cup sugar continue to stir until sugar will melt and crystallize, then pour dissolve gulaman and boil after then pour into molder to set and cut into cubes. Soak coconut meat in ice water. Whip all purpose cream with the use of electric mixture until cream with frothy. Combine young coconut meat, all purpose cream, condensed milk, and nata de coco and toss gulaman cubes. Chill.
