Caused of High Blood Pressure

Do you have a high blood pressure? Sometimes it occurs even to younger ages, it is a scary and traitor disease; it can cause to stroke, heart failure, or heart disease, which could bring someone who has a high blood pressure to death. High blood pressure has no known cure but it can be controlled by taking a medication or it can be minimized itself.

It’s very sad to me that I have loved ones who have suffered this kind of disease; I feed sad, scared, and worries, how I wish I have something to do about it. But, I believe in miracle; there is no impossible with God, I always pray that my loved one will be ok and God is going to provide him a remedy, and the disease will be gone forever!

One of the high blood pressure causes is the stress; a person who is stressing out so much, and thinking deeply about problems that could make him stress has a tendency to suffer this disease. And it also common to as inheritance; if your family circle has a history of high blood pressure it is not impossible that you could be inherited too.
